Unlike those cantankerous carbs, the new Classic Fuel Injection provides instant starting regardless of weather conditions, crisp throttle response and even impressive fuel mileage compared to the original 48mm downdraft set up.

The key to this impressive performance is the fact that the new Classic Fuel Injection combines nostalgic good looks with modern technology. Everyone knows that electronic fuel injection is superior to carburetion when it comes to catering to the fuel requirements of a performance motor. Thanks to a sophisticated management system with integrated manifold, absolute pressure, and barometric pressure sensors. The Classic Fuel Injection has all but eliminated hard starting, plug fouling, and the basically compromised air/fuel mixture associated with the original downdraft carburetors. This retro-modern injection system also offers closed loop capability that automatically dials in the air/fuel mixture under cruise and part-throttle conditions.

The ability to fine tune the air-fuel and timing curves is but one part of the performance equation, as the Classic Fuel Injection also offers improved airflow compared to conventional downdraft carbs. With a combined airflow of over 2800 CFM, the new Classic Fuel Injection out flowed its 48mm carbureted counterpart by an amazing 90 CFM per cylinder, for a total airflow improvement of just over 720 CFM! Imagine what your performance motor could do with and extra 720 CFM! Extensive Dyno testing on Windsor and FE Ford applications have demonstrated that the new Classic Fuel Injection makes more power everywhere, as much as 628 HP on an all aluminum FE Stroker. Dynaformance has a Classic Fuel Injection system available for 302, 351, FE and even 429/460 applications capable of supporting over 750 horsepower. Systems also currently available for Small and Big Block Chevy, GM LS1/LS2, and new Dodge 5.7L/6.2L Hemi applications.
